Use this reference to understand the settings available in organization and platform Preferences.

| Organization | Timezone | UTC or a timezone listed by the UI | Sets the default timezone for signature date and time output. |
| Organization | Signature fail action | send_without_signature or reject | Sends an unsigned message or rejects it when a signature cannot be applied. Rejecting can interrupt mail flow. |

Template publishing and organization configuration changes can take a short time to reach Nodes. Use full preview and a controlled message to verify a material organization change. A Node restart is not normally required.
