Organization Control

Organization images, alerts, audit logs, and sensitive diagnostics

Operate organization-scoped images, alerts, audit history, analytics, and diagnostics.

Manage embedded images

Use Images to manage images included in signature templates. Template-view permission allows review. Template-edit permission is required to upload, rename, replace, update default alt text, or delete an image. Sigora uses the selected image when a published template is processed and embeds it in the delivered message.

The default upload limit is 5 MB. Images can be up to 4,096 pixels on either side and 16,777,216 total pixels. Sigora warns about files larger than 1 MB. You cannot delete an image while a template still uses it.

After replacing an image, preview the affected template and send a controlled message to confirm the result.

Review alerts, audit activity, and analytics

Authenticated users can view and acknowledge organization alerts. Viewing the audit log requires audit.view. The audit log records organization configuration and administrative activity. Analytics access requires analytics.view and provides message outcomes and aggregate operational metrics.

Review alerts promptly and use the audit log to understand who changed an organization setting and when. Use analytics for operational trends, not as a substitute for investigating a specific delivery problem.

Use sensitive diagnostics carefully

Use PreferencesSensitive Diagnostics to enable diagnostic collection. You need config.preferences.

Each diagnostic control is disabled until an administrator enables it, requires an expiry, and is recorded in the audit log. Choose 1 hour, 4 hours, 24 hours, 7 days, or a custom future UTC expiry of up to 30 days. Disable diagnostic collection as soon as it is no longer needed.

Diagnostic data is collected and protected by platform operators. Organization users should request only the narrowest collection needed and should not copy sensitive content into tickets or templates.
